Tutorial For The Little Green Arm Chair and Tales of Echo Forest

The unique idea of publishing a tutorial to accompany my book was presented to me after my manuscript had first been proofed and edited. My immediate response was exalting.  This type of approach to further catapult my book into a seemingly real world was well received by myself.

The tutorial involving all of the characters and storylines that I have created can be used as part of an entire interactive task enriching those characters, exploring their situations and creating resolutions to problems and situations.  It may also be used in many forms ranging from correctly spelling words found within the text, studying word definitions, identifying sentence structure and word pronunciation.

The manuscript tutorial companion is a tool meant to spark creativity and bolster the imagination in the thought process of young readers. It will create an excitement in which to analyze aspects of each story and enhance the entire reading process.  The tools that readers will use in “deconstructing” this book as well as my future books, will allow them to immerse themselves deeper into the material and learn all of its components other than just reading text on a page.

Reading, analyzing text and comprehending that text will equal success in the classroom.
